The Heart Rate Recording app utilizes the camera and flash on your mobile phone to capture images of blood circulation at your fingertips. With the help of professional PPG algorithms, it accurately measures your heart rate.

Convenient and easy to use, the Heart Rate Recording app allows you to measure your heart rate anytime and anywhere. Whether you're at home, in the office, waking up in the morning, relaxing, or before and after exercise, this app has got you covered. It's even great to use before attending important meetings.

Here are some key features of the app:

 <li>Heart Rate Measurement: Simply place the tip of your index finger on the camera lens of your iPhone, and within seconds, your pulse will be displayed.</li>
 <li>Stress Level Test and Trend Analysis: Evaluate your stress levels and track how they change over time.</li>
 <li>Heart Rate Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze your heart rate trends for a better understanding of your cardiovascular health.</li>
 <li>Integrated with Apple Health App: Seamlessly sync your heart rate data with the Apple Health app for a comprehensive view of your overall health.</li>
 <li>Analysis of Abnormal Heart Rate: Identify and evaluate abnormal heart rates such as Tachycardia, Bradycardia, and Normal heart rates.</li>

We kindly ask you to keep the following in mind while using the app:

 <li>Place your fingertip gently on the rear camera lens and flash. Avoid applying excessive pressure, as it may hinder blood circulation and affect the accuracy of measurements.</li>
 <li>The app requires approximately 5 seconds to calibrate and update your heart rate value. For precise results, wait for at least 10 seconds. The default setting is 30 seconds.</li>
</ol>

Please note that the Heart Rate Recording app is intended for fitness use only and should not be used for medical purposes.
